  • If the customer’s purchase amount is less than HK$150 (after discount) and the delivery service is required, the customer needs to pay the shipping fee (SF Express Collect)
  • Remote addresses (Sai Kung, Clear Water Bay, Shek O, Stanley, Discovery Bay, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Peng Chau, Ma Wan, Tai O, Tong Fuk, Cheung Sha, Mui Wo, Pui O) Only SF Smart Lockers/Self-Pickup Points are accepted for pick-up
  • Large goods (such as sparrow tables, computer chairs, ladders, etc.) will be delivered downstairs by a driver, and will not be installed at the door
