Big Bear Department Store: Aroma Diffuser Maintenance and Replacement Policy

  1. The warranty period of the aroma diffuser is 60 days. If it is damaged during the warranty period, guests need to visit the Kwun Tong store for inspection and repair.

  2. If there is any damage to the diffuser after the warranty period, customers can purchase three essential oils in our store and exchange the broken machine for a new one. There are no strings attached.

  3. If the guest does not have a receipt or if it is more than 60 days old, they will need to purchase three essential oils for replacement.

  4. All changes to the terms and conditions are subject to the Bear Department Store.

Returns, Returns, Refunds

  • Each item can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 7 days from the day of pick-up.
  • Please contact Daxiong Department Store and provide your name, order number, reason for return and product name before requesting a return or exchange, and Daxiong Department Store will issue a return and exchange number for identification after confirmation.
  • You can send the unopened and unused goods and delivery notes in their original packaging and labels intact (except for those known to be defective before shipment) by post or bring the goods and delivery notes in person to the address provided by Big Bear Department Store and the return will be processed as soon as possible after receipt.
  • Valid reasons for returns and exchanges accepted by Bear Department Store include: 1) The order does not match the contents of the goods received; 2) the expiry date has expired (if applicable); 3) Damage to the goods (excluding damage to the box)
  • Osos Mall reserves the right to refuse returns and refunds in the following statuses:
    • Items that have been opened or used
    • Products that are different from the photo on the product description page in our store, but have the same name, composition, utility, and quantity
    • Indicate on the product description page that the items will not be accepted for return
    • The goods have been delivered to the buyer for more than 7 days
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method and account. Note! The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returning the goods.
